We enjoyed our stay at Gabriela's place. The location was perfect for us, close to our office and close to downtown. It was a perfect size for 3 adults. I would definitely go back there if my job has me return to Austin.

she was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable to be there. she also was very clear with the instructions which made it so much easier ! would highly recommend if you don’t want to far be from downtown ! would also like to add the location and it’s surroundings; everything is very close and nearby so if you anything last minute it’s very easy to get to!

Ideal spot in Zilker neighborhood - close to SoCo and many great local spots. Easy to find and a covered parking spot! Very quiet — I didn’t hear a peep and the bed in the back bedroom where I slept was a 10 for comfort. 4 people in my group and plenty of hot water for showers. AC worked great too. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Recommend!

Backyard was perfect for our dogs, fence in good condition. Neighbors were super nice as well. Quiet little neighborhood section it seemed. The location made my families experience in Austin easy to get around to and from the home to site see and do some city excursions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Felt safe and secure at this location, which was easily accessible to all of our Austin destinations. We would highly recommend this rental to others.

The place was great, quiet yet extremely close to everything. The drive there and back was amazing as well. Great scenery. 100% recommend. Gabriela checked in regularly to make sure we were ok

Set in a quiet neighborhood, this cosy home with private fenced in yard was a perfect sanctuary for me to recuperate from a medical procedure in The Westlake area. Close to all amenities needed: grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants,etc. and less than 10 minutes to downtown Austin. Gabriella was a very responsive hostess, and lockbox check in was very convenient, especially because of unexpected flight scheduling changes. As others have mentioned, a car ( or Uber)is a must, however a designated covered parking spot was provided. Complimentary water was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!

stayed here for a few days while settling into a new apartment, very nice property exactly as advertised. recommend to anyone who needs to stay in this part of Austin

Gabi was a great host! Place was very clean and we were able to find everything we were looking for in the kitchen, bathrooms were super clean and had a cozy vibe!

We stayed here for a girls trip and had a great time! The location is perfect for walks around the neighborhood, or a quick walk to South Lamar with lots of restaurants and things to do.
